• Cancellations made within the prior 15 days to the date of arrival will incur a 20% charge.
• Cancellations made within the prior 3-14 days to the date of arrival will incur a 50% charge.
• Cancellations made less than the prior 2 days to the arrival date will incur a 100% charge.

• Reservations cancelled, the prior 30 days or more to the date of arrival will incur a 20% charge.
• Reservations cancelled within the prior 15-29 days to the date of arrival will incur a 50 % charge.
• Reservations cancelled less than the prior 15 days to the date of arrival will incur a 100% charge.
• 10% Taxes and Service Charges as applicable.
• Check Out Time 12:00 Noon.

• All your bookings will be confirmed subject to advance.
• There are no refunds for no shows and early checkouts. If the number of visitors on your reservation is reduced once the reservation is paid, it is up to the hotel to regulate applicable penalties or refunds.
